1. Scope of Services

Xpezia Pakistan provides business support, consulting, and facilitation services related to company setup, financial account setup assistance, digital infrastructure, and related services.

We act strictly as a service provider and facilitator. We do not own, control, or influence the internal approval processes, compliance decisions, or policies of any third-party institutions, platforms, or service providers.


2. No Guarantee of Approval

All services provided are best-effort based.

We do not guarantee:

  • Approval of any financial account, payment account, or service application
  • Activation or continued availability of any third-party account
  • Processing timelines controlled by third parties

Approvals, rejections, suspensions, or closures are solely determined by the respective third-party provider based on their internal compliance, risk assessment, and policy frameworks.


3. Third-Party Dependency & Policy Changes

Clients acknowledge that:

  • Third-party providers may update or change their policies at any time without prior notice
  • Approval criteria may vary based on nationality, business model, jurisdiction, or risk profile
  • A previously successful process does not guarantee future success

Xpezia Pakistan is not responsible for:

  • Policy changes
  • Compliance decisions
  • Account suspensions, rejections, or permanent closures

4. Client Responsibility

The client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at all times
  • Follow all compliance requirements requested during the process
  • Not engage in any activity that may violate the terms of third-party providers

Any delay, rejection, or issue caused due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client will not be the responsibility of Xpezia Pakistan.


5. Service Fees

All service fees charged by Xpezia Pakistan are for:

  • Time, effort, expertise, and consultation
  • Process handling and execution

These fees are independent of the final outcome and are non-refundable once work has commenced, unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.


6. Third-Party Costs (Non-Refundable)

Any payments made toward third-party services, including but not limited to:

  • Account opening fees
  • Government or filing fees
  • Infrastructure costs (e.g., hosting, VPS, tools, subscriptions)

Are:

  • Paid to external providers
  • Non-refundable by Xpezia Pakistan under all circumstances

Clients are solely responsible for understanding the refund policies of those third parties.


7. Refund Policy

7.1 Service Fees

  • No refunds will be issued once work has started
  • Partial refunds, if any, are at the sole discretion of Xpezia Pakistan and will be considered only in exceptional cases

7.2 Third-Party Costs

  • Strictly non-refundable
  • Xpezia Pakistan holds no liability for recovery of such costs

Xpezia Pakistan reserves the absolute right to approve, reject, or determine the amount of any refund based on the nature of the service, work completed, and associated costs.


8. Timeframes

Any timelines shared are:

  • Estimates based on past experience
  • Subject to delays caused by third parties, compliance checks, or unforeseen circumstances

Delays do not qualify for refunds or claims.


9. Limitation of Liability

Xpezia Pakistan shall not be held liable for:

  • Any direct or indirect financial loss
  • Business loss, missed opportunities, or reputational impact
  • Account rejection, suspension, or closure by third parties

Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for our service fee only.


10. Alternative Solutions

In cases where a service cannot be completed due to third-party restrictions or policy changes, Xpezia Pakistan may, at its discretion:

  • Suggest alternative solutions
  • Offer service credit for other services

This is provided as a goodwill gesture and not an obligation.


11. Communication & Conduct

Clients are expected to maintain professional communication.
Abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior may result in immediate termination of services without refund.


12. Binding Acceptance of Terms

By requesting, engaging, or proceeding with any service from Xpezia Pakistan, including but not limited to making any payment, the client expressly confirms that they:

  • Have read, understood, and accepted all Terms & Conditions, policies, and service guidelines in full
  • Agree to be legally bound by every clause stated within these Terms & Conditions
  • Acknowledge that they have had sufficient opportunity to review all terms prior to proceeding
  • Accept that no claim of not reading, misunderstanding, or overlooking any part of these Terms & Conditions will be considered valid in any dispute

The client further agrees that acceptance of these Terms & Conditions is mandatory and automatic upon:

  • Payment of any invoice
  • Verbal or written confirmation to proceed
  • Engagement of any service offered by Xpezia Pakistan

13. Refund Processing Time & Method

Any approved refund shall be processed within 30 business days from the date of written confirmation of the refund approval.

Refunds will be issued through the original payment method where possible. Any transaction fees, currency conversion charges, or payment processing deductions may be applied and will be borne by the client.


14. Refund Structure & Calculation

All refunds, if approved, shall be calculated based on the following structure:

14.1 Non-Refundable Costs (Strictly Excluded)

The following costs are non-refundable under all circumstances:

  • Platform fees
  • Government or state fees
  • Third-party service charges
  • Account opening or application fees
  • Infrastructure and operational costs (including but not limited to hosting, VPS, tools, subscriptions, or software usage)

These costs are either paid directly by the client or utilized during the service process and are not retained by Xpezia Pakistan.


14.2 Service Charges (Conditional Refund Eligibility)

Service fees charged by Xpezia Pakistan are primarily for time, effort, consultation, and process handling.

Refund eligibility for service fees shall be determined as follows:

  • Before Work Commencement:
    Eligible for partial refund after deduction of administrative and onboarding costs
  • After Work Has Commenced:
    Service fees are generally non-refundable, as resources, time, and effort have already been allocated
  • In Case of Partial Completion or External Limitations:
    Any refund, if considered, will be:
    • Partial only, based on the stage of work completed
    • Determined solely at the discretion of Xpezia Pakistan
    • Calculated after deducting effort, time invested, and operational costs

14.3 Third-Party Rejection or Policy Changes

If a service cannot be completed due to:

  • Third-party rejection
  • Compliance issues
  • Policy changes
  • Account suspension or closure

No refund shall be applicable for:

  • Third-party costs
  • Completed service work

However, Xpezia Pakistan may, at its sole discretion:

  • Offer partial refund of service fees, OR
  • Provide service credit, OR
  • Offer alternative solutions or services

14.4 Alternative Resolution Preference

Before issuing any monetary refund, Xpezia Pakistan reserves the right to:

  • Offer an alternative service
  • Reattempt the process using a different approach (where feasible)
  • Convert the paid amount into service credit

Acceptance of such alternatives by the client shall be considered full and final settlement.


14.5 Dispute-Based Refunds

Refunds arising from disputes will only be considered after:

  • Full internal review of the case
  • Evaluation of work completed and resources utilized

Any approved refund will be final and non-negotiable.

15. Data Handling & Document Disposal

Xpezia Pakistan maintains a strict policy regarding the handling of client data and documents.

Upon completion of the service, termination of the engagement, or discontinuation of work for any reason, we reserve the right to:

  • Delete, discard, or securely remove all client-related data and documents from our systems
  • Dispose of any physical copies of documents provided during the course of the service
  • Remove access to any shared files, folders, or storage used during the engagement

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Personal identification documents
  • Business registration documents
  • Financial records
  • Images, PDFs, and any other submitted files

Clients acknowledge and agree that:

  • Xpezia Pakistan is not obligated to retain or store any documents after completion of the service
  • It is the client’s responsibility to maintain their own records and backups of all submitted documents
  • Any request for document retrieval after completion may not be possible

We take reasonable measures to handle data securely during the service period. However, once the service is completed and data is removed, Xpezia Pakistan shall not be held liable for any loss of access to such documents.

Xpezia Pakistan reserves the right to retain limited records where required for internal documentation, compliance, or legal purposes.


16. Acceptance of Terms

By making any payment to Xpezia Pakistan, the client confirms that they:

  • Have read and understood these Terms & Conditions
  • Agree to all policies stated above
  • Acknowledge the risks involved in third-party dependent services

17. Governing Understanding

These terms are designed to establish clear expectations and reduce misunderstandings.
Any disputes will be handled through mutual discussion and resolution in good faith.
