The client confirms that:

All information provided is true, accurate, and complete
All documents submitted are genuine, valid, and not altered or misrepresented
No material information has been withheld that may affect the outcome of the service

Xpezia Pakistan relies entirely on the information provided by the client and does not independently verify the authenticity of documents unless required.

3. Ownership & Authorization

The client confirms that:

They are the rightful owner or authorized representative of the business and documents provided
They have full authority to share all submitted information
All submissions comply with applicable laws and regulations

4. Compliance Responsibility

The client acknowledges that:

They are solely responsible for meeting all compliance requirements set by third-party providers
Approval decisions are based on their personal, business, and risk profile
Any issues arising from compliance checks are beyond the control of Xpezia Pakistan

5. Prohibited Activities

The client agrees not to:

Submit false, misleading, or forged documents
Use the services for unlawful or restricted activities
Attempt to bypass or manipulate compliance systems of any third-party provider

Any such activity will result in immediate termination of services without refund.

6. Prior History Disclosure

The client must disclose any relevant prior history, including but not limited to:

Previous account applications
Rejections, suspensions, or closures
Existing accounts with similar providers

Failure to disclose such information may negatively impact outcomes, and Xpezia Pakistan shall not be held responsible for any resulting issues.

7. Third-Party Decision Acknowledgment

The client understands that:

All approvals, rejections, or restrictions are determined by third-party providers
These decisions may be made without explanation
Xpezia Pakistan cannot influence or override such decisions

8. Limitation of Responsibility

Xpezia Pakistan shall not be held responsible for:

Rejection or closure of applications due to client-provided information
Any consequences arising from inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading data
Compliance-related decisions made by third-party providers

9. Indemnity

The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Xpezia Pakistan from any claims, losses, or liabilities arising from:

False or misleading information provided by the client
Unauthorized use of documents
Violation of laws, regulations, or third-party terms

10. Binding Acceptance

By engaging services or making any payment, the client confirms that they:

Have read and understood this declaration
Accept full responsibility for all information and documents provided
Agree to all terms stated herein without exception
