The client confirms that:

- All submissions comply with applicable laws and regulations
4. Compliance Responsibility
The client acknowledges that:
- They are solely responsible for meeting all compliance requirements set by third-party providers
- Approval decisions are based on their personal, business, and risk profile
- Any issues arising from compliance checks are beyond the control of Xpezia Pakistan
5. Prohibited Activities
The client agrees not to:

The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Xpezia Pakistan from any claims, losses, or liabilities arising from:
- False or misleading information provided by the client

- Violation of laws, regulations, or third-party terms

By engaging services or making any payment, the client confirms that they:
