1. Purpose

This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds, cancellations, and service-related adjustments are handled by Xpezia Pakistan.

By engaging our services or making any payment, the client agrees to this policy in full.

2. General Policy

All payments made to Xpezia Pakistan are considered final and non-refundable, except where explicitly stated in this policy.

Refunds, if any, are not automatic and are subject to internal review and approval.

3. Separation of Charges

All payments fall into two distinct categories:

3.1 Third-Party Costs (Strictly Non-Refundable)

These include, but are not limited to:

Platform or service provider fees
Government or state filing fees
Account opening or processing charges
Infrastructure costs (VPS, hosting, tools, subscriptions)

These costs are either:

Paid directly to third parties, or
Consumed during service execution

Xpezia Pakistan does not retain these amounts and cannot guarantee their refund.

3.2 Service Fees (Conditional)

Service fees are charged for:

Time, effort, consultation, and execution
Process handling, communication, and follow-ups

These fees are not outcome-based and are generally non-refundable once work has commenced.

4. Cancellation Policy

4.1 Before Work Commencement

Cancellation requests may be considered
A partial refund may be issued after deducting administrative, onboarding, and processing costs

4.2 After Work Has Commenced

Cancellation does not qualify for a full refund
Any refund, if approved, will be:
- Partial only
- Based on work completed and resources utilized
- Determined solely by Xpezia Pakistan

5. Third-Party Rejection or Failure

If a service cannot be completed due to:

Third-party rejection
Compliance issues
Policy changes
Account suspension or closure

Then:

No refund will be issued for third-party costs
Service fees remain non-refundable for work already performed

Xpezia Pakistan does not guarantee approval or success where third-party decisions are involved.

6. Refund Consideration (Exceptional Cases Only)

In rare cases, Xpezia Pakistan may, at its sole discretion:

Offer a partial refund of service fees
Provide service credit
Offer an alternative service or solution

Such decisions are:

Case-specific
Final and non-negotiable

7. Alternative Resolution Preference

Before issuing any monetary refund, Xpezia Pakistan reserves the right to:

Offer an alternative service
Reattempt the process (where feasible)
Convert the paid amount into service credit

Acceptance of any alternative resolution will be considered a full and final settlement.

8. Refund Processing Time

Any approved refund will be processed within 30 business days from the date of written confirmation.

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method where possible
Transaction fees, currency conversion charges, or payment processing deductions may apply

9. Chargebacks & Disputes

Clients agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting Xpezia Pakistan.

In case of a chargeback:

All services will be immediately suspended
The matter will be formally contested with supporting documentation

10. No Liability for Business Impact

Xpezia Pakistan is not responsible for:

Business losses
Missed opportunities
Account rejections, suspensions, or closures

Refund decisions are not influenced by perceived or claimed business impact.

11. Binding Acceptance

By making any payment or engaging any service, the client confirms that they:

Have read and understood this Refund & Cancellation Policy
Agree to all terms stated herein
Accept that no claim based on lack of awareness will be considered
